How do I cancel my subscription?
Centiv subscriptions are billed by the Apple App Store or Google Play, depending on where you subscribed. On iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Centiv. On Android: Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Centiv. (A small group of legacy web subscribers from before the in-app purchase migration: email support@centiv.app and we'll handle it for you.)
Can I get a refund?
App Store purchases are governed by Apple's refund policy — request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. Google Play purchases follow Google's refund policy — request a refund through the Google Play app or play.google.com. For legacy web subscribers, email support@centiv.app and we'll review on a case-by-case basis.
Why can't I sign in?
Make sure you're using the same email and sign-in method (Google or email/password) you used when you first created your account. If you've forgotten your password, use the "Forgot password" option on the sign-in screen.
