How do I cancel my subscription?
If you subscribed through the App Store, open iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Centiv. On Android, open Google Play → Menu → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Centiv. If you subscribed via Stripe, sign in to your account and use the "Manage billing" button.
Can I get a refund?
App Store purchases are governed by Apple's refund policy — request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. Google Play purchases follow Google's refund policy — request a refund through the Google Play app or play.google.com. For Stripe-billed subscriptions, email us and we'll review on a case-by-case basis.
Why can't I sign in?
Make sure you're using the same email and sign-in method (Google or email/password) you used when you first created your account. If you've forgotten your password, use the "Forgot password" option on the sign-in screen.
How do I connect or disconnect a bank?
Open the Centiv app, go to Settings, and tap "Connected accounts". From there you can add new banks or remove existing ones.
What is the 15-day free trial?
Your 15-day free trial starts once you login to the Centiv app. No credit card is required. At the end of the trial, you choose a Core or Pro plan to continue.
What is the difference between Core and Pro?
Core gives you Cent AI, spending insights, automatic subscription tracking, and your Weekly Money Persona. Pro adds the full ¢Score breakdown across 6 dimensions, score history, trends, and Real-time Money Persona. See the full comparison on the pricing page.
My transactions are missing or wrong — what do I do?
Occasionally banks require you to reconnect. Open the Centiv app, go to Settings → Connected accounts, and refresh the connection. If the issue persists, reach out to us.
How do I delete my account?
Open the Centiv app, go to Settings → scroll to the bottom → Delete Account. This permanently removes all your data. You can also email us to request deletion.
